deep breaths

in my post last night i mentioned some stresses in my life. i was really down last night- mostly due to lack of sleep.

today i’m attempting to take some “deep breaths”:

  • a cup of chai spice black tea (and a Lemon Zest Luna Bar!)
  • my favorite pair of socks
  • remembering that God has my back
  • a trip to the library after work

i’m putting on a stressproof suit, where stress beads up and rolls off. (if only there were actually such a thing…)
